Ross UDC-8625A Card
The UDC-8625 is a feature rich 3G/HD/SD format converter that supports all popular standard-definition and high-definition video formats including 1080p, 1080i, 720p, 480i, and 576i.
The format converter offers a failsafe input with auto changeover on loss of primary input, an A/V frame sync with 16 channels of audio processing, a fully featured audio and video proc amp, meta data processing complete with AFD extraction/insertion.
Enhanced features include two on-board downstream keyers for pillar bar, letter box and branding insertion which can be fed from the optional external key / fill inputs or the optional 2Gb internal animation store.
The UDC-8625 can be optioned as a down converter for 3G to HD to SD conversions, an up converter for SD to HD to 3G conversion or as a fully featured up / down / cross-conversion solution.
