Everything you need to open a new account and start renting.

Thank you for choosing SoCal Rentals. To set up your new account and release equipment to you, we need the following completed documents submitted before 2:00 PM on the day of your rental.

Rental Agreement

Enter the company or individual name on the first page. This name must match the name on your Certificate of Insurance (COI).

All clients must complete Sections I & II. Clients seeking net-30 or other credit terms must complete all sections and pages.

Certificate of Insurance (COI)

Your COI must meet the following requirements:

  • Insured name must match the name used to open the account
  • General Liability: minimum $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate
  • Rental coverage for "Rental/Leased Equipment" on a replacement cost basis
  • SoCal Rentals listed as Additional Insured and Loss Payee
