Buf Technology VQC-3000
You will find the VQC-3000 in QC rooms everywhere. Time is money, and this controller quickly pays for itself by giving you the edge you need to maximize your QC staff's productivity. The jog/shuttle knob is optimized to give the operator the ability to zero-in on specific problem frames quickly. Due to its high resolution, the operator can easily move the noise bar through the picture on non-slo-mo VTRs to uncover obscured picture content. Many user adjustments are available to tweak operational aspects for different users and VTR types. Ten user macro keys can be programmed to change menu items such as the selection of LTC vs. VITC timecode display, or the recall of user personality settings. The optional RS-232 interface gives external computers access to timecode, speeding the entry of QC events.
