Since starting in the industry in 2004, I have supported productions of all sizes and gained firsthand insight into what it takes to bring major events and productions to life. The fast-paced nature of this industry, combined with the challenges and rewards of making every show happen, has kept me passionate about this field for more than 20 years. As the Assistant Operations Manager at SoCal Rentals, I oversee daily warehouse and operational activities to ensure the seamless execution of deliveries, pickups, freight shipments, and customer service. I coordinate transportation logistics, manage freight and carrier relationships, oversee inbound and outbound order flow, and support day-to-day warehouse operations. I collaborate closely with the Rentals team to accommodate customer requirements while maintaining operational efficiency, accuracy, and high service standards. Additionally, I provide daily leadership and support to the warehouse team by resolving challenges, prioritizing workloads, and ensuring orders are completed accurately and on schedule. I believe in leading by example, maintaining a strong work ethic, and serving as a dependable resource for both employees and clients.

Three things that best describe me are that I’m a hard worker, a family man, and someone who is fully committed to both my job and my family. I’m usually a pretty laid-back guy and enjoy making people laugh and helping others whenever I can. My biggest passion is spending time with my kids. Nothing makes me happier than seeing them smile and creating great memories together. Outside of family, I’m a collector at heart. When I get interested in something, I go all in, especially when it comes to fragrances. One of my all-time favorite movies is Ready Player One. I enjoy the adventure, nostalgia, and creativity behind it, and it’s a movie I can watch over and over again.
