Bryan Bena

I’m the L&D Manager at SoCal Rentals and have been working in the rental industry since I joined SoCal in 2019 (7 years). Before SoCal, I did some freelance work as a boom operator and some freelance post-production audio work for documentaries and short films.

The best part of the job is solving problems. It doesn’t matter why the problem exists; I just like finding a solution and being able to help fix issues for people. I love to cook, especially to share with others. I play a ton of boardgames (especially Wingspan) and videogames (DotA 2 is my go-to). My favorite movie is Jacobs Ladder (1990), my favorite show is The Curse, and my favorite musical artist is Mr. Bungle.
