Michael Torres is the General Manager of SoCal Rentals, responsible for the overall performance and growth of the company's rental operations. With a background spanning over 15 years in the entertainment and production industry, Michael brings both strategic vision and practical know-how to the role.
Michael started his career as a camera technician on independent film productions, giving him firsthand experience with the equipment and the high-pressure demands of working on set. That foundation informs the way he leads the SoCal Rentals team — always with crew needs front of mind.
Under his leadership, SoCal Rentals has expanded its inventory to include the latest camera systems, lighting, grip, and support equipment, serving productions of all sizes across Southern California and Nevada.
