Rich Sandoval

I am proud to be part of the Engineering Department here at SoCal, bringing 30 years of experience and expertise gained through work with several leaders in the engineering and broadcast production industry. At SoCal, I serve as the Engineer in Charge (EIC) on a variety of reality television shows. My role involves working closely with production teams and directors to ensure their technical needs and creative visions are met, helping each production run smoothly, efficiently, and successfully. My favorite part of the job is seeing all the hard work, planning, and teamwork come together to create a successful show. After 30 years in the industry, it is still rewarding to see everything come to life.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, fishing, and working out.
