I’ve spent the last four years at SoCal Rentals opening new accounts, reviewing customer credit applications, evaluating creditworthiness, verifying references, and recommending credit limits and payment terms. I also provide client support by maintaining accurate customer records, communicating credit requirements, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience while minimizing financial risk to the company. I bring over 30 years of experience in administration, credit, and customer service.
